Suma is also a board member for a couple of start-up companies. She likes to explore new ventures with like-minded and innovative people who specialize in various niche domains.

Anand has multi decades of experience in visualizing, consulting, devising, delivering and managing software applications in the Retail Card Payment domain (Credit/Debit/Prepaid/Commercial Cards), EMV, Loyalty & Gift Cards and Business & Workflow Management.
His experience includes working with Credit and Debit Card Processors, Banks/Financial Institutions, Financial Service Providers and on account of which has a deep understanding of the system, business and operational processes that are to visualize, enhance, develop and manage the supporting applications.
He has a successful track record in managing projects that require devising, developing, deploying and maintenance of Card Management Solutions on various technology platforms like NFC, Prepaid, Issuance, Acquiring and Payment Gateway, Wallet, interfaces with networks, switches, and associations.
Anand manages deliveries and helps in synchronizing with customers for implementations, planning, and strategies.

He has specialized in providing Enterprise Solutions to customers to help them to integrate with their partners- distributor and agent partners, build relationships between CRM, Loyalty, Promotions, and Payment solutions in his Business Development role and deliveries. He has represented esteemed clients from different geographies in Asia-Pacific & USA regions with vertical engagements in Retail, Finance, and Distribution with the relationship, accountability, team management, synchronization and help between the two company’s teams on deliveries, strategies & planning, risk management, and implementation and build teams for partners.

Vice President - SQA Practice
Bindu has few decades of experience in various facets of the software industry, from project management, program management, development, and SQA.
She is a PMI certified Project Manager and has successfully managed and delivered projects across payments, eCommerce, retail and health care.
With this rich experience, Bindu now plays the key role of defining, monitoring adoption, checking effectiveness and upgrading software quality processes across the organization. She also involves clients and internal delivery teams and drives the quality focus and adoption.

Rajesh is a senior seasoned IT professional with few decades of experience in designing, facilitating and managing IT Infrastructure for global customers.
He leads the Information Technology team at Girmiti Software which supports our clients worldwide for consulting and management of deployment environments for their software applications and products.
His past experience includes Product IT strategy, infrastructure sizing, infrastructure support, build and release management of software, implementing, deploying and managing various transactional software applications and products in customer infrastructure and in the Cloud environment.
Rajesh expertise includes build & deployment automation with Jenkins, management of various Unix environments, application servers- Websphere, Weblogic, JBOSS; Databases, IBM Worklight, shell, and other scripting, software configuration management tools, virtualization, network management, firewalls, VPN, PCI, security and information management systems.
